Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is packed in its original Da Milano box with the authenticity certificate and dust bag to prevent damage during transit.

  Pick-up Arrangement

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will schedule a reverse pick-up from your registered address within 48 business hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item passes our quality check at the warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
